-The day of appointment (DOA) form tea! We will dive into understanding the importance of this form. Not only will it elevate and personalize your client's experience, but it will allow you to set all the necessary boundaries before your client even sits in your chair. Having this form in your business practice is truly mutually beneficial for you and your client.
-We will navigate all the details to include in your DOA form; music preferences, essential oil preferences, salon policies, and much more!
-We will create a DOA rollout strategy with a welcome and thank you page. This is where we will utilize the power of mass emails and texts to implement your new business practice; with a bonus tutorial on how to use sideline!
All the basics of Jotform, we will walk through a crash course 101 of how to use Jotform, all the elements, and all the cool ways to use them!
-Jotform registration; of course we have to sign up first!
-Now that we are in the system, we will run through the dashboard and how to create forms in the system.
-Step by step we will build your form! There are multiple formats and form elements to personalize your forms with email boxes, phone boxes, making questions required, etc.
-Finally, we get to make the form pretty! There are themes and customization of the themes to make your form match your aesthetic, then we publish!

You don't have to be amazing at technology to understand and implement this system. You do however have to be willing to embrace it. There will be plenty of support offered to you throughout the 6 weeks, and detailed, step by step tutorials.
In my own, and other stylists' experiences, this system works best on average with clientele ages up to 60. In the course, you will learn how to roll this out to any and all of your clients so it's easy for them to understand. You can make this work with any booking system that allows for online booking. It will work best with Vagaro or Square.
